FX2 vs FX3A COMPARISON

The FX2 and FX3A are very similar cameras, with minor differences (depending on your needs) between them.
- FX2 has higher resolution for photographs (33 mp vs 12 mp). If you primarily need a photo camera, with some good video capabilities, then the FX2 might be a better choice.
- FX2 has an EVF viewfinder, with is handy in bright light situations
- FX2 is less expensive, and has a non-XLR handle option to save you even more money
- FX3A has higher slow motion frame rates, so if slow-motion is important to you, then the FX3A is a better choice
- FX3A is a bit better in low-light conditions, so if you do a lot of video in lower light scenarios, then the FX3A is the better choice. This is of course relative, since the low-light capabilities of all modern cameras are light years ahead of what cameras did 10 years ago.
