DV Shop Return Policy:
Returns are accepted at the discretion of the management and must be made within 15 days of purchase, must be accompanied by the original retail packaging and sales receipt and are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Opened software, tape stock, DVDs, CDs are not returnable. All returns must be in the original packaging, include everything that was packaged with the item and the item must be in pristine condition. No signs of wear whatsoever such as scratches, scuffs, dirt, smudges, dust, etc. We reserved the right to decline any return that does not meet our requirements.
All sales are final on Apple products, including computers, due to Apple Canada policies.
All sales are final on software that has been opened.
Special orders and custom orders are not returnable unless defective.
If a product is defective you have 30 days to bring it back to us. After 30 days, warranty claims are made with the manufacturer and we can supply you with the contact information.
Returns on mail orders are subject to all of the terms listed above. In addition, we do not refund the cost of shipping and you must return the order to us at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of shipping returns. Refunds on mail-orders regardless of the reason will not be made until the equipment is received and inspected per the conditions listed above.
