FirmTek SeriTek/2EN2 2 Bay Enclosure
The SeriTek/2EN2 is a rugged, 2 Bay Serial ATA (SATA) external hard drive
enclosure. It provides versatile hot-swap capabilities in a small form-factor
package. Built from the ground-up as a true Serial ATA solution, SeriTek/2EN2
features a case made of aluminum for maximum durability and heat dissipation,
as well as a fan to ensure no heat build-up.
SeriTek/2EN2 extends Serial ATA’s storage capabilities outside of
the computer chassis with flexibility on par with USB 2.0 or FireWire 800
but with much higher transfer rates. Allowing for true end-to-end Serial
ATA capabilities, SeriTek/2EN2 is compatible with external PCI to Serial
ATA host adapters. Enclosures can be stored horizontally or vertically.

The SeriTek/5PM is a high performance, five-bay, SATA PM external hard drive enclosure with a professional appearance and maximum rigidity. It provides several exciting new features including a new heat management system, user selectable 3-speed fan control, front-panel power switch, temperature and fan failure alarms plus the ability to support up to twenty hard drives using four SeriTek/5PM enclosures and a single 4-port SATA PM compatible host adapter. A single data cable supports all five hard drives which reduces cable clutter while providing over 210MB/sec. performance with a five drive striped RAID 0 set.
