For Windows you must have a PCIe slot to install this card. Please note this product WILL NOT break copyright protected video sources such as Blu-ray players, Roger's cable box or satelite.
If you're looking for HDMI and analog component, NTSC, PAL and S-Video capture and playback, then the new Intensity Pro card is the one you need. The Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro HDMI Editing Card fully supports NTSC, PAL and HD video via HDMI, component, composite or S-Video. It supports two channels of embedded, RCA or S/PDIF audio at television-standard sampling rates. The Intensity Pro supports 4:2:2 color sampling for superior chromakey performance. Breakout cable is included.

DeckLink Studio includes highest quality 10 bit SDI video combined with
enhanced analog connections to support a massive range of video equipment.
DeckLink Studio includes fully independent connections for SDI, HDMI,
analog component, S-Video and composite video. Both the SDI and analog
component connections auto switch between SD and HD, plus there's an
extra SD SDI output via a built in hardware down converter for when you're
working in HD. When you're working in NTSC and PAL, you can use the SD-SDI
output as a key output! Also included are a massive number of audio connections,
with 4 channels of balanced analog audio, 8 channels of SDI audio plus
2 channels of AES/EBU digital with sample rate converters. For a broadcast
strength solution, DeckLink Studio also has RS-422 deck control and blackburst
and tri-sync reference input. Breakout cable included.

Includes dual link 3 Gb/s SDI, HDMI and analog component/composite/s-video connections. Work in SD, HD, 3 Gb/s HD-SDI and 2K in 4:2:2 or 4:4:4. Also includes AES and analog balanced audio, 16 channel SDI audio, genlock and deck control. SDI, HDMI and analog component works in all video formats up to 1080p60. NOTE: This card works with only with Intel MacPro PCIe motherboards only, not the older PCI-X motherboards. How can you tell? Run System Profiler, and under Graphics/Displays, see which Bus your video card uses - AGP or PCI. If it says PCI, then you can use this card. If it says AGP, then you can't.
