COOL TECHNO STUFF
- The Marshall V-LCD70P features a proprietary digital signal processor featuring 10 bit A/D Conversion of all analog signals, with 4x over-sampling and 5-line super-adaptive 2D comb filtering of composite signals. De-interlacing is performed using their HyperProcess algorithm with motion adaptive interpolation. Whew.
- Colour Temperature is adjustable (D55, D65, D93 and custom)
- Focus Assist Mode - helps for focusing - image goes monochrome, and areas in the frame that are in focus go red. Great for Canon 5D shooters.
- False Colour Filter - helps for exposure - similiar to the concept of zebras except more eloborate. Different areas of the image are given different colours depending on exposure, for both over and under, as well as target flesh and mid-tones. This is really cool. Much more detail about this in the manual.
- Flexible Screen Markers - a variety of screen markers in 4:3, 16:9 can be set (i.e. 4:3, 1.85:1, 2.35:1, 95% safe, 85% safe, etc)
- Underscan, Blue-only and Monochrome modes
- Pixel to Pixel Mode - by-passes the monitor's internal scaling function displays the image pixel-to-pixel in their native resolution. While this sounds great, in reality the monitor is 800x480, so a 1920x1080 image doesn't fit on the screen, and you only see the centre part of the image. But you see that centre part pixel-to-pixel.
- Four User Function Buttons, so you can access certain functions quickly (such as Focus Assist, False Colour) without having to dig through menus

FORMAT COMPATIBILITY
- NTSC 480i/480p, PAL 576i/576p, 720p, 1035i, 1080i, 1080p
