The CM-01 thread adapter provides an adjustable ball socket design that rotates 360 degrees and adjusts up to 90 degrees. Female 5/8"-27 standard microphone thread to male 1/4"-20 standard photo thread. Adjustment knob locks ball socket position as well as an Allen head locking screw. Large metal serrated knob, with padded surface, for 1/4" male thread. Padded area on top section prevents scratching and insures a secure fit. Great for attaching small cameras, digital field recorders like the Zoom H4N or small LCD monitors to any microphone stand. It can be used with an optional hot shoe adapter like the Video Smith Shoe-it for on-camera mounting.
